REPORTING FORMS

If you are a current TAJF grantee, you can access our online grants system at:  http://grants.tajf.org You must already be registered and have your user ID and password. All reports must be submitted online. The below forms are merely templates or worksheets and should not be submitted in lieu of online reporting.

If you are not a current grantee with a registered organization user ID and password, do not attempt to register unless there is an announcement of available funding opportunities in the Grants Applications section. For further questions, contact  512-320-0099 ext. 103.
